Mr Hansen Tan

Hansen is currently a Director at Chambers International. He graduated from NUS and was awarded his degree in Real Estate in 2006. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from Oxford Brookes University and also completed an Executive Management Program from the University of Dubai in 2009.

He is currently the Director-in-charge of a portfolio of facility management projects that include government projects, privately owned assets from MNCs and educational facilities. Hansen also manages a portfolio of strata-titled projects including shopping malls, industrial buildings, mixed-use developments and condominiums. Apart from the facility and property management business of Chambers, Hansen also helps in the management of the property valuation business of Chambers which serves on the panel a large local bank and government agencies like HDB and JTC. Hansen is also involved actively in the tendering and business development part of Chambers.

Prior to joining Chambers, he was an account manager with IE Singapore and an Assistant Vice President at Surbana International Consultants and was mainly doing International Business Development in Countries including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, Morocco, Russia, Azerbaijan and South East Asia.
