BEMA (Building and Estate Management Alumni) was founded in July 1993 to strengthen connections among alumni of the School of Estate Management (now Department of the Built Environment, NUS) and foster ties with the university. With over 6,000 members, BEMA is a vibrant, growing community of professionals in real estate and construction-related fields.
