Mr Choo Wee Jiang
Mr Choo Wee Jiang joined Lim Chan Hoe & Partners (now known as Northcroft Lim Consultants Pte Ltd) after graduation from Heriot-Watt University (United Kingdom) in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying in 1983, practicing as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor, involving in commercial, industrial, residential and hospitality developments. In 1986, he qualified as Professional and Chartered Quantity Surveyor from the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK), respectively.
Upon his professional qualification, he then went to join the Main Contractor, Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co Ltd as Project Site Quantity Surveyor in the Changi Airport Terminal 2 Project and subsequently with the Curtain Walling and Roofing Manufacturer and Specialist Sub-Contractor, H H Robertson Singapore Pte Ltd as their Chief Estimator.
In 1988, he was recruited by the government-linked company of National University Hospital (NUH) to undertake the project management of the development and construction of NUH new wing hospital Phase 3 project, as Assistant Director/Project Manager, from the developer perspective.
Currently, Wee Jiang spent substantial amount of his time advising small and medium construction related companies on the project management, cost control, mediation, arbitration and litigation aspects in relation to construction works
