Mr Imran Chng

Imran Chng is the Business Development Director at IGMgroup, bringing over 21 years of experience in real estate and facilities management across the residential, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and an MBA (Distinction) from Roehampton University, London.

Imran has led township and integrated facilities management (IFM) operations for a wide range of assets, including town councils, hospitals, and commercial developments such as G.R.I.D and Wildlife Reserve Singapore. A recipient of the PBM National Day Award, he also played a key role in the Reimagining Tampines initiative by MND/CLC and served on the committee for Sabana REIT’s internalisation.

He is certified in Green Mark, Fire Safety, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), and REIT Management, and is affiliated with professional bodies including RICS, SISV, APFM, FSMA, SISO, and SID. In addition, Imran provides expert witness reports and asset assessments for property- and contract-related disputes.
