BEMA – Building and Estate Management Alumni

The Committee

President, BEMA Dr Teo Ho Pin

Dear BEMA members,

Greetings from the Building and Estate Management Alumni (BEMA).

BEMA aims to be the bridge that keeps our connection alive after graduation. Every year, BEMA organises a variety of activities to cater to the needs of our 6,000-strong Alumni members. Our BEMA fund-raising golf tournament provides networking opportunities for members and fellow professionals in the building and real estate industries. This is also an avenue for us to do good and raise funds for a social cause.

Over the years, we have supported various causes such as the setting up of BEMA Bursary, Book Prizes and Scholarships, donations to NUS Alumni Complex, University Town and NUS Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum. Beyond the NUS campus, we have also actively contributed back to the less fortunate and vulnerable in our community.

As for Continuing Professional Development, BEMA works with like-minded partners to organise talks and seminars to keep pace with pertinent issues and developments of the industry. It is not all work and no play. Our regular social gatherings like movie screenings and makan sessions are great opportunities for us to keep in touch with old friends and make new ones.

Let us continue to strengthen ties among BEMA members and harness our strengths to better serve the industry and community.

We welcome all our Alumni to join us in our future activities. Best Wishes!

Dr Teo Ho Pin
